Their senior-level management background is all-encompassing from P&L Management, M&A, Regulatory & Compliance, Organic license acquisition, Supply chain management to E-commerce, and B2B sales strategy for an internationally distributed CBD brand. Together with the application writing group, Agent X was awarded one of the highly coveted fully integrated medical cannabis licenses in New Jersey, their home state, in 2019 and awarded 4 adult-use dispensary licenses in :), and 1 medical dispensary, and 1 medical production license in ;). Agent X previously served as the Director of West Coast Operations, in a multinational diversified cannabis company focused on the medical and adult-use cannabis markets with successful operations throughout the nation. 

     

Agent X has donated time to multiple state legislators and cannabis regulators to help successfully launch social equity programs within the cannabis industry to promote equity and fairness.  They are dedicated to helping minorities and women enter the cannabis space and successfully launch their own businesses.  Agent X has partnered with organizations throughout the country to launch successful expungement clinics clearing non-felony cannabis records and restoring civic rights to those disproportionately impacted by the war on drugs. 

 

Agent X specializes in Emerging Markets and in the last year, focusing most heavily on real estate, zoning, planning, construction, and community outreach.  Agent X ensures each business aligns with internal diversity and inclusion efforts with organizational business objectives, community partnerships and outreach, and through professional contracts awarded to women and minority-owned businesses.
