Open to residents of the USA only.
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of JADIS M LLC are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements:

To enter, participants must follow @jadismontijo on TikTok
You must comment on the designated video post for the specific giveaway you are looking to enter.
Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified.
Entries that are incomplete, late, or inaccurate will be void.

The selection process will be conducted manually.
Winners will be announced every Friday at 1PM EST for that weeks giveaway via TikTok and contacted through direct message.

The prizes are at random and will be announced on Mondays for that weeks giveaway.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
JADIS M LLC reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.

Prizes are shipped with signature require to ensure receipt. So make sure you're available!
We will NOT ship to a PO Box

By entering, participants agree to post a video on their TikTok confirming receipt of the prize.
By entering, participants agree to allow JADIS M LLC to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

JADIS M LLC is not responsible for any unauthorized use of participant information by third parties.
